Nestled in a tranquil and secure residential neighbourhood, our exclusive residence has a private terrace garden and easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the magnificent Phoenix Park, Europe's largest urban park, is a mere 5-minute stroll from our doorstep.
30 minutes by public bus to ELI Schools, it sits on the banks of the River Shannon. It is bordered by the residential community of Castletroy and the beautiful University of Limerick.
Situated in an exquisite five-bed- room house conveniently situated off the Dublin Road, this intimate private residence is only a pleasant 30-minute walk from ELI Schools and Drogheda town center. The residence is overseen by a live-in- manager and provides cozy shared rooms equipped with bunk beds. Each resident enjoys a comfortable single bed within a shared room, as well as access to shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.
